This pool deck patio cover in South Bexar County was part of a multi project job requested by the customer. It included a carport attached to their home (24’x22’x11′), a patio cover, a cover for their pool deck (12’x24′), and a carport attached to their detached garage (30’x10′).
The patio cover has many dimensions, follows the contour of the existing deck. This was a special request by the customer. The two parts of the house were tied together with this metal patio cover with one post. All posts and frames were painted white to match the trim of the home. The deck was painted brown, at the customer’s request.
Electrical was provided at the customer’s request on the biggest awning. A single fan was installed onto the ceiling of the metal awning. On the pool deck awning, speaker wires were ran as well as electric for lighting.

This indoor pool home addition in San Antonio was a multi-step job, designed by the home owner and the owner of our company. Together, they came up with a design to add on to the already existing metal home. To begin with, an underground pool was installed next to the existing home. From there, we built on to the existing home and around the new pool, a 1400 sq foot room. The entire structure, frame and all, was done with solid steel. We also added air conditioning ducts and all electrical. Inside the new pool room we included a small utility room to house the pool pump and supplies.
On the existing home was a 450 sq foot open garage. We enclosed that space and added an additional 450 sq feet to match the pool room. Again, all steel components were used in the framing and roofing. An Environmentally Safe foam insulation was sprayed between the layers of metal and drywall to ensure a perfect seal.
All of the tile work, painting, electrical, insulation and concrete were done either by us, or with our constant supervision.

This commercial carport in North San Antonio began with a customer who wanted a metal awning and carport where their delivery trucks could pull in and be free from the elements. We designed and drew up the plans on location with the owner of the building to build a 48’x20′ metal carport which would include the awning over the walkway. We also set 2 bollards in front of the walkway to prevent delivery vehicles from blocking the door.
Also on this particular site, the customer wanted an 8 foot tall and 100 foot long privacy fence. For this, we used a custom green metal R-panels and 11 – 14 gauge posts as the supports.
