Porch Awning Central San Antonio Small but efficient awning was built to shade the front windows of the home from the afternoon sun. Measuring 6'x24', it makes the home look cozy. We used two posts, set them 24" into the ground in concrete. When the afternoon sun is blazing, the awning will protect the front room, keeping it much cooler than before, cutting down on costs, as well as improving the look of the home.
